船说 Shefoundoresubstantialrationinthearticle“TheLovisaCaseShooktheWholeCountryside,”whichwaspublishedintheagazineVrndskultur.Alloftheagazinestextshadbeenloadedontothe.Writtenwithobviousgleeandinachattyandtitiltingtone,thearticledescribedhowLovisaSjbergshusband,theluberjackHolgerSjberg,hadfoundhiswifedeadwhenhecaehoefroworkaround5:00.Shehadbeensubjectedtogrosssexuassault,stabbed,andfinallyurderedwiththeprongsofapitchfork.Theurderourredinthefailyba,butwhatarousedtheostattentionwasthefactthattheperpetrator,afterittingtheurder,hadtiedherupinakneelingpositioninsideahorsestall.

Itwasterdiscoveredthatoneoftheanialsonthefar,acow,hadsufferedastabwoundonthesideofitsneck.

Initiallythehusbandwassuspectedoftheurder,buthehadbeeninthepanyofhisworkcolleaguesfro6:00intheoingataclearingtwentyfiveilesfrohishoe.ItcouldbeverifiedthatLovisaSjberghadbeenaliveasteas10:00intheoing,whenshehadavisitfroawoanfriend.Noonehadseenorheardanything;thefarwasfivehundredyardsfroitsnearestneighbour.

Foratiesuspicionwasdirectedataneighbourinthevilge,abachelorwhoinhisyouthwassuspectedofanallegedlyhoosexualcriethiswasbackwhenhoosexualitywasstilpunishableoffenceandaordingtoseveralstateents,hehadareputationforbeing“odd.”Whysoeonewhowassupposedlyhoosexualwoulditasexcrieagainstawoanwasnotexpinedeither.Noneoftheseleads,oranyothers,ledtoacharge.
